JOB SUMMARY

As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for new business development with identifying, processing and closing new sales opportunities within the assigned region. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-To intuitively think in terms of numbers and targets – volumes, profitability, achievements, and growth 
-Formulate plans and strategies for expanding sales in your designated territory and collaborate with members of  the sales team and other functions to meet the overall goals for the region 
-Exceptional business and analytical skills and ability to run entire sales cycle independently 
-Strong experience selling software products to senior level employees within an organization with the ability to generate and communicate unique value proposition at this level 
-Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads 
-Develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans 
-Work internally with sales management and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations 
-To have the – hunger- and – fire in the belly- for achievements 

QUALIFICATIONS

–MBA from a recognized University 
-1+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales 
-You are seasoned with selling to businesses and have a track record of overachieving sales quotas 
-You love Sales. You love developing a market from scratch 
-A customer centric approach and to be able to visualize where the market is going 
-Action and results oriented with bunch of energy 
-Good social competence, team player 
-Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
